Gamal Mubarak was recently interviewed for the first time by CNN. It looks like he has been well groomed by his father to become Egypt's next president (as expected). He spoke with a lot of confidence and poise. His answers made a lot of sense. Considering that he already has a prominent position on the political scene and that he represents a moderate candidate, he could potentially win the nomination if he ran a legitimate election campaign. Egyptians want change, but most importantly they want a legitimate, democratic election process to bring that change. So he should seize the moment and bring in the real change that people are hoping for.
