Who really killed Neda?

According to several Iranian officials and newspapers, here are the main suspects in the killing of Neda Agha Soltan:

1. The Islamic Republic News Agency reported that the gunman who killed Neda may have mistaken her for the sister of an Iranian "terrorist." (Even if she were, why would you kill the relatives of a terrorist?)

2. Iran’s newspaper accused a BBC correspondent, Jon Leyne, of hiring a hit man to shoot her in order to film it for his documentary. (The correspondent was ordered expelled from Iran on Sunday).

3. Khatami said that Neda was simply killed by the protestors themselves.

4. And finally, the Iranian Ambassador to Mexico, Mohammad Hassan Ghadiri, said that CIA is a prime suspect behind her death. “If the CIA wants to kill some people and attribute that to the elements of the government, and then choosing a girl would be something good for them because it would have much higher impact. Therefore, we believe and we are looking into this to find who the elements were who did this.”

So there you have it. Everyone is blamed for her death except the Iranian government. But if they want people to buy these accusations, they should at least get together and agree to pick one of them and stick to it!
